Sister Judy Carey received distinguished service award

sister-judy-careySister Judy Carey, vice president for mission integration at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut, was awarded the T. Stewart Hamilton, MD, Distinguished Service Award at the 94th Annual Meeting of the Connecticut Hospital Association (CHA) on June 27.

The award recognized Judy’s extraordinary service in the health care field and cited her for her "encouraging leadership, incisive focus, and infectious optimism as a CHA trustee and a key driver behind CHA initiatives. CHA also cited Judy as being "a pivotal force in healthcare in the state and region for nearly 20 years, with broad experience developing, shaping, and serving on more than 25 boards during that time."
